Phenomenal brick workout at altitude training.
Warm up:
45 min at zone 1
4 x 30 sec accelerators with 30 sec recovery
Main set:
3 x
Bike 4.25 mi at threshold with 1 mile run at race effort
—- 4 min recovery in between each set—–
Cool down:
45 min at zone 1-2
