New Group Strength Training Classes

Tri Studio-Hello athletes!

Hope you are all doing well. We are almost in March and racing season is about to begin.
This is an excellent time of the year to start strength training. We are closer and closer to our first race and this is a great chance to build muscle strength, endurance, and power through strength training. If you are not a triathlete, this is also a great time to start strength training and carry on your new years resolution.

So starting this Monday, Feb 25th Tri Peak Athlete will be offering group strength training classes! In short athletes will have the option of coming twice a week at established times to do strength training with a group for $120.00 a month!!

In detail: for $120.00 a month you can come in twice a week at any of these times:

  • Mondays – 6:15 am to 7:00 am , or 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm
  • Wednesdays – 6:15 am to 7:00 am, or 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm
  • Fridays – 6:15 am to 7:00 am, or 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm
