Power Smoothie – Kale

This is a great pos workout drink; the folate in the greens will aid in cell maintenance and repair as well as amino acid metabolism, which in turn will help with muscle recovery.

  • 3 leaves green kale
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of Isopure protein powder
  • 1 cup of water or Non-fat milk

Preparation:

Rinse all ingredients , pop them into blender or juicer, and enjoy.
