Vegetarian Burrito – Hector L Torres

1/2 Cup of Refried Beans, fat free

1/4 cup  Quinoa

1/3 cup shredded 2% cheese

1/2 cup of Kale or Spinach

1 tsp Olive OIl

Salsa

Protein:

  • Pick one:
    • 1/4 Grilled Tofu
    • Hummus
    • Egg Whites
    • Tuna
    • Grilled Chicken

1 Roll Out Spinach Tortilla Low – Carb

Side Dish:

  • Shredded carrot salad
