      • 15 Dumbbell Woodchoppers
      • 1 min recovery after the each round

      • 10 Dumbbell Concentration Curls
      • 15 TRX Single Leg Pistons
      • 1 min recovery after the each round

      • 12 Incline Wide Pushup

      • 30 Hanging Knees to chest
