Quarantine Challenge Tuesday

Warm up

AMRAP (As many reps as possible) – 5 min

  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 air squats 
  • 5 hand release push ups 


EMOM 8 min – Alternating every min

  • 8 burpees
  • 45 sec plank hold


4 x of 3 min AMRAP  set a bench mark on the first round 

Keep yourself focused and meet the same amount of reps

  • 21 sand bag hops
  • 21 dumbbell squats
  • 9  sand bag push up drag
  • 5 jumping lunges on each side 


Foam roll and stretch
