10 Alternating Lunges on each side

5 burpees – No pushup

Dynamic Warm up

Leg Circles

Knee Hugs

Glute Bridges

Band Work

Glute Bridges

Kick Backs

Fire Hydrants

AMRAP – As many reps as possible – 5 minutes

20 Plank Shoulder Taps

10 Superman’s

10 Air Squats

Main Set

4 x

10 Pike Push up – Focus elbows towards the back and emphasize on leading with your crow

10 Dumbbell drag Plank

10 Single arm push press

5 x

30 Sec of air squats

30 seconds of push ups

30 seconds of sit ups

30 sec mountain climbers

1 min recovery

Cool down

Foam roll and stretch
