10 Air Squats

10 Pike Push up – Focus elbows towards the back and emphasize on leading with your crow
10 Dumbbell drag Plank
10 Single arm push press
5 x
30 Sec of air squats
30 seconds of push ups
30 seconds of sit ups
30 sec mountain climbers
1 min recovery
Cool down
Foam roll and stretch
