Quarantine Challenge Thursday – 4/16

Warm up: 

TABATA 20/10 – 4 minutes

  1. Upward / downward dog
  2. Squats
  3. Push up 
  4. KTE – Knees to elbow push up position
  5. Jumping Jacks
  6. Plank Ankle Tap
  7. Push up T- Pose 
  8. Lunges

Hip Mobility

Standing Band Work

  • Kick backs (band around ankle)
  • Lateral Kick
  • Side to side Step

Main Set

TABATA 20/ 10 – 4 minutes

  1. Thrusters
  2. Reloads

TABATA 20 / 10 – 4 minutes

  1. Snatch
  2. Pull Up

TABATA 20 / 10 – 4 minutes

  1. KT Swings or Dumbbell swings
  2. Wall ball or thruster with small weight

TABATA 20 / 10 – 4 minutes

  1. Deadlift
  2. Burpees

TABATA 20 / 10 – 4 minutes

  1. Side plank
  2. Side plank twist

Core – TABATA 30 / 10

  1. Reverse curls 
  2. Russian twist

Cool down

Foam roll and stretch
