⁃ 10 Superman with band

TABATA – 20 sec on / 10 sec off

⁃ side plank raises

TABATA – 20 sec on / 10 sec off

⁃ Hollow hold

Main Set:

5 rounds

⁃ 10 dumbbell snatches

⁃ 5 burpees

5 rounds

⁃ 7 step ups per leg

⁃ 7 military press

5 rounds

⁃ 7 Bulgarian split squat per leg

⁃ 7 shoulder lateral raises

Cool Down: Foam Roll and Stretch
