A personalized and progressively challenging exercise program. Our methods are extremely time-efficient, varied, fun and effective!

2 Private Personal Training sessions. These help you become familiar with your personalized routine.

By sharing the cost of a USAT Coach/Personal Trainer with other members of the gym you get all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost.

Appointment is necessary, a Certified USAT Coach/Personal Trainer is on staff at all times to help you obtain your fitness goal.

Every session is supervised by Certified Personal Trainers to offer the following benefits:
